All orders in stock will be despatched within 2 business days with Australian Post or nominated courier services.
For International freight, please contact us directly to get the best deal on freight.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY

Kissy’s product is highly reputable for its quality, workmanship and comfortability.
If the size does not fit, you can replace with a suitable size within 3 working days after receipt of your order. Please contact us for the address to be returned and required size so we can guide you through the process.

If you have washed or damaged the products, we will be unable to replace.

We will accept the replacement of all bras except panties and briefs due to hygienic consideration.
